If your carpet is not performing like it should, and you want to know why, call us.  There are 4 possibilities... manufacturer, retailer, installation or consumer error.  I will determine which one is responsible for the error or problem.  This will help resolve consumer dissatisfaction and expedite the claims process for successful resolution.

Detailed analysis of the problem.

Written report including,

• photos and documentation.
• determination if the installer did the work correctly.

Copy to the Homeowner and the Manufacturer

If needed, extras may include,

    chemical analysis of the glues or compounds.
